HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

CAN I REQUEST A FULL REFUND?

Sure, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 1-2 business days before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
